How We Do Pool Pipe Leak Repair
Not all pool leaks are structural leaks on a pool, infact...the majority of pool leaks are from a pool pipe leak. To go even further, 90% of pool pipe leak repair we do are within 3 feet of the pool shell. These pool pipe leaks are typically caused because of shifting in ground soil or the pool shell itself.
In order to fix these pool pipe leaks we have to locate the pipe leak and then remove the concrete or surface material in order to access the pipe leak. Typically the pipe is no more than 2-3 feet deep, but often around 12-18 inches. Once we access the pipe leak, its usually as simple as cutting out the broken pipe and replacing it with the new piece of pipe. The majority of the work is in locating the leak and creating access in order to repair the broken pool pipe.
